Maroff Equipment are primarily designed based on British Standard and ISO Standard. Beside this, the equipment are further comply to IACS and OCIMF Rules and Regulations, making the equipment to highest standard of safety and reliability. 

 

Maroff windlass and mooring winch is design robust for offshore enviroment, the skid is specially strengthen for expose to green sea force, additioanl bracing at skid makes the unit a stand-alone unit allowing unit to be lifted and install easily on ship. The gyspy and drum will be equipped with manual dog clutch and manual band brake, driven by high torque, low speed piston motor via spur gear reduction. The hydraulic motor will be fitted with manifold block with load holding valves and relief valve for protection and safety. The simple design yet robust unit gives cost effective yet reliable product for operations.
