Maroff Position Mooring Product is a wide range product offer to wide range of vessel. We have product for 4 point, 8 point or 12 point Mooring Winch System for Work, Accomodation, Pipelay Barges, Supply Vessel, Semisubmersible and FPSO. The product stretch from simple manually operated clutch and brake winch to sophisticated control Pipelay Barge Mooring System. According to vessel arrangement, the winch can be either hydrualic or electrical driven, fitted with constant tension / auto-tension control system, fitted with watercool drag brakes for quick anchor run, or fitted with Tension & Length Monitoring System (LTMS) allowing full adaptability to vessel operation needs. Power Pack can also be offered as Permanent Underdeck Electrical Motor Driven, or Portable Open Deck Engine Driven Power Pack. The wide product variaty we have to offer allows us to provide customise solution to all our customer needs.

The winch structure, and rigging sheaves and fairleads are designed to be stronger than the wire rope installed, giving robustness to the system. Sheave are size up to allow long rope life and fitted with roller bearing to reduce friction.

The control system can be offered with touch screen display unit with GUI allowing direct view of vessel anchor line status by operator and easier control of operation. For Electric winch where inverter (VFD) drive are used, cares had been taken to reduce electrical system harmonics minimizing disruption of electrical grid.
