Headquartered in Singapore, we perform our design and procuerment locally, because Singapore location as Asia-Pacific hub, we have connection directly with many reputable component brand giving us advantages to offer a reliable technical solution with competitive price. This also allow us to provide global support with ease.
Been serving the market for 20 years, we have strong knowledge in the offshore and marine industry requirements, our design center in Singapore is well connected to industry, designing equipment that based on IACS and other International Code and Rules. We had supplied our product in compliance to various IACS Class and able to provide Product Certification includes ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, LRS and etc. Knowning the application needs for offshore environemnt, we design our equipment to be robust, and only use reputable brand components, allowing our requipment to be reliable throughout its lifetime.
We perform our production in two factory in China - Huludao Tianyi Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. (Tianyi) and Chaoyang Tianyi Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. (Chaoyang).
Tianyi is steel production and assembly factory with testing bay which can perform weldings steel works, assemble of hydraulics & electrical parts, outfitting, and testing or commissioning of equipment. Chaoyang is precision metal cutting factory with machining capability to perform large gear cutting, CNC machining, and large diameter boring. Both factory is stragegically situated in the heavy Industry province, Liaoning of China, which have mature technology in forging and casting of large parts, ensuring our forging and casting parts quality. The nearby Dalian Port and Yinkou Port also provide easy logistic arrangement for quick shipment for our product to reach our customer.
With production process perform in-house, we have great control of quality and delivery schedule allowing us to offer our custosmer quality product in timely manner. We combine design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning technologies to provide complex and integrated project services, high-tech products and engineering services.
